SPA ETIQUETTE

• Guests are free to enjoy the Sauna and Jacuzzi facilities before and after any treatment.
• A sarong, disposable panties and sandals are provided for all treatments; however, guests may wear whatever they feel comfortable in. Most body treatments are taken without clothing. Sarongs are always discreetly draped over the body during treatments to protect privacy at all times.
• All jewellery and valuables are to be left in the box provided in the Spa locker. Guests will maintain the key to their locker at all times.
• Guests are advised to arrive at least 10-minutes prior to their treatment appointment, to allow ample time for check-in, changing and to become acquainted with therapists and facilities.
• Guests are asked to respect the peace and privacy of others enjoying the tranquility of the Spa.
• A 50% charge is applied to no-show or last minute cancellations that have not been advised at least 2-hours prior to appointment
